I recently purchased a camera through Deals All Year and the customer service was outstanding. Steven is very knowledgeable on the equipment he sells and is very helpful to ensure I purchased the right equipment for the application. He was very prompt to return my calls and spent the time going through the options. It was very refreshing to talk to someone who knows their equipment and has a passion for photograhy!

The reason I purchased the camera from this seller is they have all 5 star reviews in every aspect, mainly the quality of the product and the return policy. They are very compitative/reasonable in the price matter if you compare with the other sellers in the USA market. I like all the product those are made in Japan because they never compromised with the quality of the product, mainly the professional DSLR cameras. The seller shipped in original Canon box with all the genuine camera and it’s accessories. I purchased Canon EOS 5D Mark IV Camera Body and also Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS ii USM lens kit and Canon extra batteries plus lens bag. All the orders they shipped as they promised through UPS two days before the delivery date with signature is manadatoy for the UPS to deliver the order. I got very decent deal on this camera compare to other sellers. The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera is one of the best professional camera in the current market with 4K quality of video and pictures. I tried my camera with the lens I have purchased from this seller no doubt the quality of the video and pictures are great. I want to use this camera to shoot for birthday parties, weddings and all other professional videos. Mainly I love the nature and wild life. I want to shoot great pictures by using this camera. I have noticed some of the movie directors are using this camera to shoot entire move, even I bought the tickets and watched some of the moves in the theater just to check the quality of the movie with Canon EOS Mark 5D IV. The quality of the movie is excellent and it looks similar to the output of the movies shooteed with the cinema cameras. Without any doubt I recommend this seller on eBay and any one can buy excellent cameras from this seller and I hope every one will be satisfied like me.

It is not an easy decision when you are planning on buying a camera that costs a lot of money. I was looking for deals near by and came across Deals All Year and decided to take a visit. I called to make sure that they had what I was looking for in stock and they were so helpful to figure out exactly what I need. 30 minutes after, exploring all the options I had, I walked out with brand new 5D mark IV in my hands with a great feeling that I found a great place that I will definitely revisit for my future purchases. It was my first time purchasing other than B&H and I have to say that I’m very satisfied with the experience.

I have finally decided to make the change and move over to a full frame camera, the Canon 5d MIV.. I have been scouring the web for deals but for those who are trustworthy and safe to deal with that are not ripping you off. I came across Deals-all-year on E-bay and then checked out their website. I then went onto several forums I am a part of to see if anyone else has received equipment from them and what their experience was. I was pleasantly surprised by just how many recommendations I came across to move ahead and buy from them! SO, I called and spoke with a gentlemen named Steven. Steven was enthusiastic very cheerful and answered all my questions. Steven made suggestions based on what I wanted to purchase and explained each one carefully. After carefully figuring out what option was best for me I promptly called Steven back. He was very understanding and explained the next steps for me. I went back online and put my order through. I had in the meantime put my current camera up for sale and it immediately sold! Panicked without a camera to take Lacrosse photos this weekend I called Steven left him a message and next thing I know I get an email and I see my camera has been all set up for delivery in the couple of days!! I am excited to see and use my new equipment and what better venue than the Lacrosse game indoors this weekend!! I know I have not received this camera yet but do have the tracking information! I am sure to give another review once I use my new camera!! As for Steven and customer service I rate him a serious 5 stars plus!! I've dealt with MANY folks on the phone and he is one of the best and what customer service stands for! I highly recommend this company and dealing with Steven for your camera needs!! I am not paid for this review, this is just my experience!

I just received my Canon 5d Mark IV yesterday and loving it already. Took about 100 test shots and so far pictures look great but haven't downloaded yet. This is my second 5dMiv, they are wonderful cameras. Planning on giving the first one to my daughter so she can be my photo buddy. I would buy from Deals All Year again without hesitation. I originally ordered the gray market version but Steven called and upsold the USA version for a fantastic price. Not sure I needed the USA version but when I registered it I was given Canon's complete care warranty for free for 13 months, yay! Steven was very polite and helpful, didn't feel pressured and think I got a great deal. Hope my experience helps in your decisions
