I've purchased new and used Canon equipment before but this is my first gray market experience. After reading reviews on trusted photography websites I decided to purchase an amazing bundle at Deals All Year. I ordered a bundle that included a Canon 5D iv, a Canon battery grip, and a Canon 600EX II-RT Speedlite. I ordered it on a Friday night and on Monday I received a call where they explained to me what I was purchasing was gray market and they offered to sell me an in-house warranty. I politely declined without any hassle or bother and later that day my bundle was shipped. It took a few days to cross the entire continent (NJ to CA coast) but I expected that and was in no rush. My order arrived today and was in perfect order. The outer box was a little dented thanks to UPS but the contents and their packaging were perfect. First, the camera. It was new and unwrapped. It came with a Canon 5D iv strap, two cords that both work, a genuine canon battery and charger, and the eyepiece. I was able to register it with Canon USA with no issues. It had zero shutter activations (confirmed with 3rd party software) and the camera works flawlessly. Second, the battery grip is the genuine Canon grip for the 5D iv and it was registered with Canon and works perfectly. Third, the Speedlite is the genuine article, flawless, and registered with no issues. I had some concern ordering from Deals All Year but decided to take the plunge and I'm very happy I did. I know I got a great deal on this camera and the add-ons for much less money than if I had ordered from the other big-name online retailers. I've owned nothing but Canon equipment and have never had any issues whatsoever and I don't expect issues with this purchase. Just expect a phone call and a sales offer to purchase a non-Canon warranty. The gentleman who talked with me was super-kind and politely explained the gray market and the options. Again, because I have never had any issues through the years with anything made by Canon I declined the offer. This was my first experience with them and I would not hesitate to do it again for an instant.

I am an avid amateur photographer, dormant at the moment, but looking to get back into my favorite hobby. It was time to dust off my lenses and equipment to get started again. My photography needs are simple and basic for now, but I hope to expand my skills and I was looking for a store with the right “fit” for my needs. Entering into Deals All Year, I was greeted by Gary, and right away realized that I came to the right place. He was very approachable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Steve was also very helpful and informative, and talking with the two of them made me feel confident that I was making the right choices for my photography needs. They are both very friendly and courteous and so personable. I’m so pleased to know that I could shop so close to home in a very professional environment without feeling intimidated, as I had in other photography stores. And of course, their prices can’t be beat! I will definitely be making Deals All Year my go to place for all my photography gear purchases. Thank you Gary and Steve!

I’ve been wanting to upgrade from my Canon 80D to Canon 5D Mark IV for awhile now. I have this big trip in the middle of February and I thought it would be the perfect time to upgrade. Since the trip was coming up, I needed the camera quickly. I thought about ordering the camera off of Amazon or going to my local camera store but the price was a little too high at both of those places and I didn’t have enough cash saved up yet. I came across Deals All Year through a google search. Not gonna lie when I looked at some of their camera prices I was a little skeptical. The prices were amazing but I thought maybe those were for refurbished and used models. I decided to take a chance and call the number listed on the website. I spoke to man named Steven and he was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. I asked him all my questions about the Mark IV that was on their website and he answered every single one. The camera was a brand new model and not refurbished or used. I told him I was interested in buying and he said he would work with my financial situation and getting the camera to me quickly. I was very happy with his service because he took the time to listen to me to get an understanding of what I wanted and was willing to work with me on getting my camera on time. I ordered the camera on Friday and received it on Wednesday, which is one week before my trip. I can honestly say that it felt like I ordered the camera from Canon or Amazon. Everything was in the box and everything was brand new. Now I have time to test it out before I leave. Steven and Deals All Year are the best. If you want great service and low prices, this is the place to shop. I will definitely shop there again.

I had a wonderful sales experience at Deals All Year last Saturday with Kevin and Steve. I called early in the week to inquire about a Nikon lens I wanted to buy. I followed up with a second call and an email. I received one to one service by both owners. They took their time to show me the product, gave detailed and helpful information about my new Nikkor 18mm-300mm lens, product specs, warranty information, etc. I purchased the extended 7 year warranty. I am a Nikon fan and own several Nikon cameras. I ended up leaving the store with a wonderful bundle package for my camera at a price no one would have ever been able to match anywhere! After almost eight months of researching prices at different retailer stores, companies here and throughout the US,I found out they had the best price in the market. I also received the best personalized customer service anyone could receive from Kevin and Steve. My love for travel and photography has motivated me going a level up with this lens and I will be able to enjoy more what I like doing when traveling. I am very happy and pleased with my purchase. I traveled from Staten Island, NY and am grateful to them for taking care of me in a professional way. I highly recommend anyone considers going there for all their photographic equipment and needs.
