I purchased a (gray market) camera from these guys on Amazon and ended up finding the same camera (only slightly used) for a much lower price. I immediately contacted them and told them I would be returning the camera unopened. The seller tried to tell me that they do not accept returns based on buyers remorse and that they charge a restocking fee (which is it?). After pointing out that their return policy states otherwise, the seller agreed to waive the restocking fee. Turns out he only did this so he could get the camera back and charge the restocking fee anyway. He is trying to say that the camera was opened and used so he has justification to charge the fee. I took pictures and video of the unopened box being given to UPS (i could tell he was shady so i did this just in case). I had the box with the camera in it for less than three hours. Why would I use a camera for three hours? The seller told me "Hopefully now you learn your lesson and not return items based on buyers remorse." This is a real shady "company" and i have no clue how they have any good reviews. I am in the process of a credit card fraud and Amazon a-z claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Customer purchased a brand new Sony camera via Amazon. Customer returned the camera in used condition unable to sell as brand new anymore. There is no communication noting we are waiving a restocking fee for this customer. We are not a rental company, we sell high end brand new cameras and equipment at very competitive prices. Customer attempted to file a chargeback and Amazon A-Z claim, the claim was ruled in our favor as all policies were noted in writing. We do not partake in shady business practices, we are a reputable small business that stands behind our product and service. If you nee additional information from us, please reach out anytime 973-997-8833.

I would buy from someone else!
I used Deals all Year to buy a Sony projector. They sell grey market goods. The owner called me repeatedly and harrassed me when I wished to return it. I am happy to share details and the emails. Judge for yourself. I sure would not buy from Deals all Year.

WARNING! Do yourself a favor & PLEASE read.
Hello, fellow photogs--
Let me start with the fact that Deals All Year has tried on THREE separate occasions to have my review removed from this site. They seemingly will go to any lengths to get my honest review removed.
I will rewrite this to do what I feel is responsible to try & share my experience w/ all of you folks -who like me- just want to have a positive experience with our photography equipment purchases from eBay. This will now be my 4th attempt at an honest review. I am strictly adhering to Trustpilot rules with "verbiage" so that Deals All Year has no grounds for having another one of my reviews removed.
Since I am limited on this site due to them continually reporting me & also can't post photos, please go to Deals All Year on Facebook. Read the entire review, their response, comments from another customer, & scroll down to see more reviews. I also post photos to show the mint condition of the camera I returned.
My experience:
I purchased a Canon 5D Mark IV camera from them thru eBay. I received an email saying that my shipment was on its way only to receive two phone calls two-three days later from a "salesman" saying that it hadn't really been shipped yet (RED flag).
He told me that the camera I purchased was an import model & was highly suggested that I pay $300 more to get the US model. He was fast talking. I told him I had purchased photography gear on eBay prior to this & named the company saying that they didn't have this camera right now & that's why I bought from him. He immediately put down the other company -(RED flag). I told him that I had had a great experience with them & that actually I had read a while back about companies that were doing exactly what HE was doing by calling me & trying to sell me something different than what was purchased on eBay. (I have bought on eBay for years & have never had an individual or company contact me in ANY form -let alone call me) (RED flag) Again, he was fast talking & knew exactly what to say to convince me that he was not like "those kind" of companies. So, with trepidation, I agreed. I told him that I would "give him a chance". He sold me.
Unknowingly I had just lost eBay's protection & the ability to review them on there. But, thankfully, I still had Paypal's protection.
I was told my camera would be delivered the following Tuesday -Guaranteed! On Wednesday I still hadn't rec'd it. I called them. Now I was speaking to the "manager" a man with an accent. He treated me with a bad attitude from the first. I was only questioning why my camera had not been delivered on Tuesday as promised. Now he's telling me that my camera was coming from the "west coast" & that was the holdup. I wouldn't have it now until Friday. I said that Friday was too late & I was going to cancel & buy locally. Suddenly, the camera miraculously appeared & it was NOW available right away to be overnighted to me (RED flag). He said it would definitely arrive Thursday NO LATER than 12:00 & that he knew this was a definite because he had "power" with UPS (RED flag.)
The camera didn't arrive by 12:00.
You can't make this stuff up. Looking back I can't believe I allowed this to happen & continued on w/ these people. I was so busy @ work, concerned about an upcoming shoot & needed the camera already. I was 11-12 days into this now -Nuts! I should have gone with my gut and ran. Shame. On. Me.
The camera arrived in a kit box w/ the lens removed. All else seemed ok. I used it 2-3 times then I did a lengthy photo shoot on the 8th day after I had rec'd it. At this point, this must have been just enough shutter clicks to rear a factory defect. I had seen a factory defect before verified by the company that I bought it from & also Canon. They told ME what it was. So, as soon as I saw it in editing, I knew. OMG NOT HAPPY. I didn't want to have to return the camera. I needed it & I'd been thru so much already just to get it.
When I contacted Deals All Year about the problem I was having (I had to call them because they set it up that way forcing you to make contact with them to get something called an RMA number to be able to return).
The same man with an accent answered. I told him that I needed to get the RMA number to return my camera. I explained why & emailed him 2 photos to show him. I told him I wouldn't be doing so until the end of the week because I had had a death in my family.
He immediately stated that I’d had the camera for a "long time" & that I needed to return it NOW & NOT wait until the end of the week. This was day 10- I had 30 days to return for ANY reason.
Not once did he acknowledge the fact that I said I’ve had a death in my family & was going out of town. He couldn’t have cared less. He told me to return with UPS & that I had to pay to return it. I questioned that because my return was due to a defect but was rushing to go out of town & decided not to argue the point & pay for it.
He then implied that I would have to wait AT LEAST a week to get my refund AFTER they rec'd it saying that the camera first had to be "checked over" for tripod scratches or any damage "I had caused" (RED flag). At that point, I got nervous that he could try to blame me for some kind of problem with the camera & he had my $$$. It gave me a very uneasy feeling so I decided to take no chances and take photos of the camera from ALL angles to protect myself.
When I got to UPS, I was told that w/ insurance it was going to cost $60. Since it was so costly, I called PayPal to verify that I could be reimbursed thru the return postage plan that they have. When I outlined the situation, they said to call them back & request a return label since this was being returned due to a defect.
I called back, speaking with the same man with an accent & told him that I had been told to ask for a label from PayPal.
OH MY GOSH! When he heard that I contacted PayPal?? this man began yelling at me (RED-flag). He was raising his voice, telling me that I was "trying to cause trouble" & acting like I had done something wrong. I didn't understand what I had done. I told him I'd never been treated this way by anyone I’ve done business with & with that, he tried to turn it around on me saying that "I like to argue".
I was so stunned that I put my phone on speaker so that two clients in my office could witness the way he was speaking to me. They were in disbelief.
He was angry at me for requesting a label for my return & just mad PERIOD that I was returning this camera. Then he asked if I wanted to exchange & when I said "not now" he started again raising his voice again saying "Oh sure, now you're going to buy the camera from someone else, aren't you?!?!"(RED flag). Now, very agitated, he began implying that it could be a software issue with MY computer & started going on & on about how much this transaction had cost him. The unprofessionalism was unimaginable. I wasn't accusing him of anything, & I was sad myself that I had to return the camera & told him that. I needed it. But for some reason, he was very angry & there was no having any kind of normal conversation. I stated on THREE occasions that I could NOT believe the way he was treating me. His lack of self-control was startling. He finally agreed to send a label.
Now, he begins w/ how long this was going to take to get my $$$ without an exchange. I was given reason after reason why this would take so long. First saying 2 days just to get a label,(RED flag)then an exaggerated shipping time (RED flag), & 2-3 days for examination of the camera once rec'd. I do a lot of online shopping & am fully aware of time frames for such things as labels & ship times. Much to his chagrin, I questioned every one of his reasons letting him know that It made absolutely no sense. Finally, the phone call came to a close. Ugh. Exhausting.
Within a half hour, I began getting sugary sweet texts saying that he would put a RUSH on my refund when he rec'd the camera ending it with OK?? ---Wait, wth? Twilight Zone (REDDDDDD flag).
Such bad treatment on the phone, but acts as tho he is a professional & amenable when it was in writing?? I was appalled but said nothing and responded accordingly. He had my money & I wanted it back!
A couple of day's later I got UPS notice that my return had been rec'd by them -the day before. I had heard nothing from them. I then emailed them (thru PayPal for 3rd party proof) stating that I had been told via text that my refund would be EXPEDITED & asking if I could expect a refund that day. Within minutes my Paypal acct. was refunded.
Thank God for Paypal.
Footnote: I am a long time eBay shopper & have had GREAT experiences -until this. I have no reason to lie. Go to Deals All Year reviews on Facebook. Read my entire post & their response & see what they say about the condition of my return. Then, view the photos of the camera that I returned (RED flag).
All very, very transparent. "He who protests too much"...
~The good news is that I had the wherewithal to document photographic proof of the condition of the camera before I returned it. -I FINALLY went with my gut!

We live by the motto the customer is always right. In this instance, this customer previously purchased a camera from another company, claimed it was defective and returned it. The customer then purchased an import model 5D Mark IV from our company and elected to cancel. The customer then purchased a USA model 5D Mark IV from our company, which we shipped. Two weeks after the camera was received, we were contacted saying the camera was defective with the same issue they had with previous purchase from the other company.
After troubleshooting, we explained to the customer there must be something wrong with the software they are using. The customer did not want to listen or adhere to our advice, we were bombarded with demands and distasteful attitude. We tried to explain there is a process with returns, with defective items we offer free exchanges at no charge with a free shipping label. The customer claimed they did not want an exchange and wanted to return the camera, which essentially means the customer will have to pay for the return shipping. The customer claimed it was too much money to pay for shipping to return the camera and threatened to do a PayPal charge back on the transaction while they still had the merchandise in their possession.
After conversing with the customer (which was not easy), we decided to cut our losses and give the customer a free return label which cost $60, and a loss on the original $149 overnight shipping label to get the camera to the customer. When we received the camera back it was no longer in new condition. We can no longer sell this camera as brand new with the shutter count it was returned to us with. We are now going to have to sell this non-defective camera as used which is another $500 loss. In the end we took a $710 loss to ensure the customer was satisfied. We gave the customer a courtesy text and email when we received the package back and refunded them in the full amount.
In the end we sell a lot of 5D Mark IV's daily. We sell import models and USA models. When a customer purchases an import model and we have USA in stock, we simply give them the option to upgrade to the USA model. This is not a bait and switch tactic as this customer is accusing us of. if you have both options in front of you -- the customer ultimately decides which model they would like.
This is a very rare instance that has never happened to us before -- this was a problem sale from day one. If you read the book this customer tried to publish you can see that it doesn't make sense, if you read between the lines, we tried to help the customer and we were still being talked down too. It seems this customer has now taken a personal vendetta against our company after we refused to be belittled.
The one thing that bothers our company with this review is the fact that Kevin and Steve work extremely hard with every customer they deal with daily, our reviews can attest to this statement, they are not made up, fake, or paid reviews. If anyone else has ever had an issue with our company like this, we would most certainly like to hear from you. In the end we know who we are as a company and we are no way shape or form anything close to what this customer has described. We will continue to give the best service and offer the best price on the internet. We want to thank all our previous customers that purchased from us and appreciate what we do over here, we urge you to call us today and see what the difference is between us, and the other companies out there.
Thank You & Happy Holidays

Very little organization
Most frustrating company. I purchased a lens with them. Ten days later, I called them and asked for a tracking number. They told me that the lens was never shipped out due to a problem with the payment (btw, at this point they had over $700 of mine for over ten days). No one had contacted me, I had to contact them. They said they needed to refund the money (honestly don't know why it took them 10 days and a call from me to realize this). I did receive the refund. When I left a poor review online I was contacted and asked to remove the review... not because they were sorry about my experience or the inconvenience I suffered but because bad reviews would affect their business. After talking to them, they don't seem to be bad people, just very disorganized.

Don't be fooled by Ebay feedback rating of this seller
I have purchased "Sony Alpha a7 II / a72 / a7II Mirrorless Digital SLR Camera + Sony 28-70mm Lens" for $1,379 which was about $400 lower than typical price for this camera pacakage. About a week later I received a package that contains only the lens with a little note in the package saying the body will be delivered in following week. The camera body never came following week. They never reply to my Email and Ebay messages inquiring about the missing body. My guess is that they are very careful not to leave any paper trails. By the way, they do answer phone calls. Every time I call the seller and inquire about the remaining camera body that the seller did not ship, the seller kept saying "it will be sent out next week". I always get a same "stuck-at-customs" excuse to imply a cancel. Funny thing is they were still selling the camera body through Ebay and Amazon.com with 9 of them in stock!
I have purchased the camera and body on 2/9/2017. The latest shipping update I have received from them was "It will be delivered between 3/7 and 3/15. That's more than five weeks since I paid for the item. I had to open a "Case" with Ebay to get a refund.
This is one sneaky Ebay seller. They know all the Ebay tricks to maintain their seller rating high. They know buyers can not leave negative feed backs while the "Case" in progress or when the buyer cancelled the transaction by returning the items they bought. If I you read a negative Ebay feed back left by someone who purchase the same camera package (Ebay Item #111871987304) but somehow able to received the package, you can see the same frustrating experience he went through with this seller.
This Ebay seller sold 113 Sony A7 "body only" and "body and lens packges" under same Ebay Item # but you only see about 20 feed backs on this Ebay item (#111871987304). Please don't be fooled by Ebay feedback ratings of this seller.
Update (3/19/2017): Deals_All_Year attempted to take this review down by reporting to TrustPilot that "This order was not placed with our store and it is not on file please remove". I had to supply the proof of purchase to TrustPilot to reinstate my review.

Absolute Worst, Save Yourself and Take Your Money Elsewhere
Bought a Canon 80D body and 3 lens kit on their website. Arrived with the body and only 2 lenses (the primary lens of the kit was missing). When I called I was told the deal online was "wrong" and he would lose money if he included all 3 lenses.
Told me I had to pay an extra $200 if I wanted to get the third lens!
Very dishonest business practice.
