Hello there, First of all, we would like to tell you that we offer exactly what we advertise on our website. Starthost offering unlimited hosting for business websites but your website is a sharing platform and you didn't comply with the T&C of Starthost and their team also responded you same. Starthost Reply - (We offer unlimited hosting for business websites. Your request is very unusual for a business website, your request for 1.5TB to host videos can't be accepted. In fact, if you want a cloud space to host your videos, this is not for a business website. Please read the T&C. Unfortunately then in that case we won't be able to support the site. We cannot have customers hosting sites of a terabyte. The amount of space that takes on the server for one site is enormous and not something we would consider so he won't be able to host that site here I'm afraid.) Apart from that on this deal we offer 30 days refund policy so if you reach out to us for refund within 30 days then we'll surely proceed that as per our T&C. We are not doing any SCAM and thousands of user purchase deals from our platform on daily basis and we respect our customers and give them enought time to test the deals so that if they didn't like it then they can raise the refund request within given period of time.
