I like helping others make up their minds.
I have a hard time doing these reviews cause there is nothing on here that tells me what I'm reviewing. I gave you a 4 star cause I haven't had any problems with Deal Genius in the past. Everything I have ever ordered has been easy to order, quick response, and speedy delivery. Never had anything broken cause they are all well packed. I don't even know which item I'm reviewing right now so I'm reviewing on past experience.

I use Deal Genius fairly often
I use Deal Genius fairly often and generally get good value for my money. Too often, by the time I open the offer about 6 hours after it was posted, the product is either gone or if sizes are involved, very few left. I would suggest that if you see something you like, be sure to read the information and specifications to understand in detail what it is you are buying. I have this problem with many online sites. The pictures and descriptive headlines can be misleading. Pros beside the value are that fulfillment is timely and if there are problems, followup is also timely.

customer service is great
customer service is great. The question is, WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL ON THEM? Because the shipping people keep messing up. Either they pack the wrong things ( happened twice) or they don't pack things safely. A couple more times, packages have arrived with tape coming off, but the contents are intact. DG is a fun and interesting company, but their packing department is job security for the CS folks. Luckily, THEY do a great job of cleaning up.

I would have given you 5 stars, but you have not rewritten/updated the incorrect product info I pointed out to you about 3-4 weeks ago nor have you answered a question I had about another product. Other than that, I think you're doing a great job!

Deal genius
You have really good deals but your website is too difficult. It goes back & forth on how to get 10% savings then loses your cart. You have to start all over again. I just gave up on the 10% savings & ordered. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.
