In three days it will be a month since…
In three days it will be a month since my order was shipped and its stuck in transit. Nothing from Deal genius to let me know where the package is and tracking only says estimated delivery date coming soon. It shows the package in GA since 11/14 and now it has been sent to FL? Even taking the virus into account this is not acceptable. I have ordered items from Amazon and others and it has taken 3 to 6 days maximum.

I recieved products that were not as described. I told them of my concern and they never offered a refund or anything !

I had previously given 5 stars , but in attempting to check out last night with the 20% off code, and after entering my cc information correctly , I was unable to submit order.

Products are great for a good price but…
Products are great for a good price but the website wasn't working well. Couldn't get the final page to load had to switch browsers a few times to get the order through. Started with Chrome refreshed the page a few times, moved to Safari and eventually got the page loaded. Missed out on shoppers points though because no click thru would work. Very frustrating and a little disappointing.
