There up front advertisement i missleading.
Their up front advertisement is confusing. But if you click the MORE INFORMATION they do make it clear it is only training ... not some AI program itself. Secondly I think Trustpilot needs to do a review of the reviews. From my 20 years experience on the internet I have never seen so many 5 star thorough positive response from real customers mixed with an nearly equal percent of 1 star negative responses.

Appreciate the feedback Glenn, we agree Trustpilot needs to do a review of the reviews. They allow too many competitors and non-customers to leave unsubstantiated 1 star reviews, it's quite frustrating!
