Was experimenting with the idea of stock trading. Tried Trading View's free trial. I later decided that trading isn't for me. Now I get a bill for $155. When I attempt to get a refund, I get the usual run-around. They tell me to go to their support website where I get a run around about refund policies insisting that I read several documents that pertain to their refund policies. It's the typical free trial scam that automatically becomes an expensive subscription. Yuk.

I wrote a review of this company 4 days ago, with no response on this site regarding my request for a refund. On the 17th of this month, after having requested a refund previously, I received an email again, saying "The refund confirmation time has expired, and your ticket has been closed. If you would like to get a refund please submit a new request." What they do is require you to go onto the website, request a refund, then instead of giving your money back, you have to go back to the site later to again confirm that you 1) don't want their reduced price and 2) want a refund, That is their way of hanging on to your money. This company does not do business in an honorable or ethical way. If they can't do that, they should not be in business. I want my money back! Do not use this company if you expect to be treated with honesty and integrity.

I canceled my subscription 1 week before the end of the 30 days trial and to my surprise today I was charged the full yearly membership of $167 without my permission even tho they offered me 67% off after the trial. I emailed them and they didn’t want to help.
