Disorganized company and awful customer service. I ordered seltzers, two 4-packs. There was a $7.99 “heavy item” surcharge, optional $2.99 “shipment guarantee,” as well as shipping costs. When the box arrived, there was only 1 case of seltzer. The package insert stated 2 cases, which I was charged for. I contacted and had I not paid the $2.99, I assume I would not have gotten a refund for the missing product! I was refunded for 1 pack of seltzer only. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to place another order and would have to pay the $7.99 heavy item charge and shipping cost AGAIN! They would not waive the fees even though the error was on their end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They are money hungry and snarky in their customer service responses. Find another source for your D8 desires.
