Great Customer Support
I had ordered a necklace for a friend for Christmas and it never showed up, so I emailed customer support and Amber was very very very supportive and helpful. She got a replacement sent out immediately! Very great customer support

Few minor issues but their customer service made is all great in the end.
Had a couple issues getting a wallet I purchase something happened to the order that left it pending, but Paul was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively and get a new order processing.

Grandson is thrilled
Although, my purchase did not come before xmas, I did receive it in good condition and the man's small fit my 9 yr old grandson. My grandson was thrilled with the sweatshirt. When I was getting concerned about the length of time it was taking without any word from DBZ, I contacted them and they were on it straight away. I am happy with the service.

Customer service rep Autumn took care of me. She deescalated me well and answered all my questions and solved my problems and left me satisfied. I will continue to shop with dbz store because of my experience with autumn.
