Excellent customer service
I was worried that they wouldn't get to my email in time to have the correct address put in to the order , However Autumn was able to help me out in a matter of minutes. I am thankful that she helped me and got to my email as fast as she did it made me feel reassured that they cared about their customers.

Jim was good at responding, and customer service is really good. Even though there was a problem with my order I will order from you guys again.

Lost order
Had an issue with an order that I placed over a month ago that never arrived. Jim helped me out and let me know that there was a shipping delay with the original order and it was in limbo. Without asking, he sent out a replacement order and advised to shipping time frames. Stellar service.

Real people taking care of it
I bought a poster and what I received was far from what I would have expected. I was very disappointed because that poster was linked to a past time from my teenage years and I had really wanted to get it back and hang it on my wall for several years. I contacted the team without much hope of getting a response tbh, but how wrong I was. I then met Amber (who contacted me as customer support) and she took care of everything in a jiffy. There is a great team behind this store and as I told her after having several email exchanges, they deserve to do well because first and foremost, they take care of us. I hope they keep improving all the time and above all that they do great. Here you certainly have a happy Saiyan. Thanks Amber.

Had a question about shipping issues on…
Had a question about shipping issues on items. I got confused and sought out help. Wasn't sure how quick or how soon I would have been helped or even if I would get an answer. but !!! I got the most amazing detailed and helpful email form the DBZ STORE team and reassured me that things were good and everything was moving along! Super helpful ❤️
