I would love to leave a review, but I received a notice the item had been shipped, but when I check the tracking number it shows a shipping label was created 6 days ago and the USPS is still waiting for the item, so it still hasn’t actually been shipped.

I have ordered two items for my son's Christmas presents from this site. They don't send tracking information. They send you to an app. The app does not have the tracking information for my purchase. I'm worried that they won't arrive in time and since they don't offer you any semblance of an estimated time, it's impossible to gauge. Really bad approach. I won't be doing business with this site again.

We provide tracking within 1 day or 2 weeks depending if your product is within the network. Some of our Products arrive in 2-5 days? We also have a 24/7 customer service chat system you can reach. The sweatshirt was supposed to have Goku only on the front and the entire back was supposed to be the same as the sleeves. Mine has Goku front and back. Next, the entire art to the sweatshirt looks like a tiny pic that was stretched way too big.

I ordered a bedspreads and matching sheets and pillow cases and got just the sheets and pillows cases.it took over 3 months for the order. There's no phone # that I couldn't call you. Very disappointing. Never reserved the bedspread

Ordered the Vegata Badman shirt XXL. So when I did get the shirt it wasn't the right size and try to send it back and get another size. Well, this wasn't how customer support saw it. They said that because I ordered the shirt at 50% there is no margin to solve anything. If I had bought the shirt for full price then they could do something. They call this prioritized customer support. The only solution they gave me was to send it back to the USA (roughly 40 - 50 euro). My advice is to not buy here.
