Worst place ever not even worth Astar they are old school sloe and hate response we live in 24 but I think they are still living the 1900. They had hard process to return the good it's been 4 weeks of TOTAL TORTURE AND STILL NO MONEYBACK FROM THESE THIEVES WILL NEVER BUY FROK THEM PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE WASTE OF TIME HORRIBLE PPL.

I ordered products online in November but they won’t be available until after December. The product appears to be shipped from near my home but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. Also, don’t bother calling support care because I’ve left multiple messages waiting for a call back to no avail.

I ordered from this company with a 3-5 day delivery time, needless to say I still haven't received 11 days later... I really do wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order, lets see how long before I can get a refund.

Very hard to track shipment and once we finally got it we were very disappointed at how cheaply it was made and how cheap it looks. My son wanted to use it for school but there’s no way his computer would be safe in there. It has zero cushion in it.

Ordered well in advance to start the school year. Backpack arrived much later than estimated, and was comically small even though I ordered XL. The print/material was also very cheap. I requested a return quickly and after weeks of runaround they sent me a return authorization, I needed to pay to mail it to Canada address - every place I checked would cost $30 to ship and the backpack was just under $40. I finally gave up, and bought my son a respectable backpack elsewhere. Almost 3 weeks into the school year.

I've been waiting to do this review, to review the product. however, I placed the order around October 22nd, 2024, weekend didn't get "shipped" till the 24th, understandable weekday. But it's currently November 4th, 2024 and the package hasn't left the first facility says its still in Illinois I belive. Where's my package? Where is the item I payed for?

I asked to send the smae poster but in a better quality. An employee wrote me that this time the poster will be in 8k quality. After receiving it i vheckes it. The quality got a little bit better but was still blurry. I want a refund now.
