Don't use
Be very careful when buying from this company really not to be trusted. They remove honest low reviews so they are probably lower ratings than even 3.5

Avoid and read all the poor reviews!
I ordered a rain coat reduced from £78 to £18, and took nearly two weeks to deliver. Awful quality, no tags inside to say what it’s made with or cleaning instructions. Stitching is falling apart. Poor quality rain coat, however all the bad reviews on getting a refund is putting me off sending it back. Debenhams would never have sold a cheep Chinese product like this, so it’s awful that the company name is still used in this way.

I HAD TO ISSUE COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST DBZ ONLINE MARKETPLACE FOR A REFUND AS I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY QUICK ENOUGH THOUGH. SHOP ELSEWHERE - IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TROUBLE.

Don't give refund back
I placed an order only to be told they dint deliver to Northern Ireland.no one is answering my emails do not buy from then.i thought u was uyung from Debenhams not cheap studio or boohoo

Pathetic
Would give less if I could Apparently I live in some remote place totally unreachable could definitely not deliver ABERDEEN Well how do most oil companies Cruise ships get hear Totally unacceptable these days was prepared to pay for my delivery But to them it’s to difficult We live in the 21st century for goodness sakes You can live in space but NOT DELIVER TO ABERDEEN PATHETIC 😡

If I have learned anything from dealing…
If I have learned anything from dealing with this company..its this..always always read the Trust Pilot reviews. Had I have done so I wouldn't have touched this company in a million years. Their refund system is verging on a scam. I eventually got my refund,after waiting nearly 3 weeks,and many messages,then they deducted £1.99 for a delivery charge !! Never ever, ever again will I use them.

Will not refund
Received garment far smaller than advertised. Returned and still no refund 14 days later despite being reassured by customer service it would be processed. Stay well away.
