Ordered a pair of garden chairs. Never arrived. The tracking number was not recognised by the 'delivery company'. Any complaints get an automated reply. Do not order from this company. If it actually is a company.

Shockingly poor customer service. Order didn’t arrive, through WhatsApp o was asked to wait another week then another. They said they would mark it as lost and send out a replacement. Tried to contract them again told I was being transferred to an agent and there may be a delay. 6 days later still no response
