I bought a mud kitchen in December but found an alternative before it arrived so sent it back using Evri (which I had to pay for). It took over a month for them to confirm they received it back in the warehouse. I then had to chase for another month before they processed the refund on 17th February. To this day, I have never received the refund. All they do is tell me to check my bank, I have checked my bank!! I have also called my bank 4 times and they have confirmed it has never been received. This is not Debenhams. Complete liars and fraudsters, avoid!!!

I ordered from boohoo and got sent two items from DBZ sent separately. I had to return them both. They have sent me the refund in two Debenhams gift cards instead of a full refund and customer services are not responding to my enquiry. After searching on Facebook I have found hundreds of people are struggling with returns and not getting any money back and customer services is unresponsive

Actually no stars avoid DBZ ‘where’s that from’at all costs, not only cheap looking sandals (plastic) but one pair arrived damaged so duly returned waiting for a refund which will have been over a month of processing (that’s even if I receive a refund) resorted to raising a credit card dispute and shall be reporting them to the financial ombudsman. Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace of a company looks like there keeping everyone’s returned items money thieves please do not order form this company e mailed me last Monday to say refund processed still no money in my account liars

This is not Debenhams, strongly recommend avoiding. They have not refunded £63.99 worth of shoes I returned to them weeks ago and keep quoting me longer and longer wait times to get my refund. The only way to contact them is via WhatsApp?! Where you get through to a chat bot.. Can't urge anyone enough to stay away, order from ASOS instead!

Returned goods on 22/05/2025, received e-mail saying refund on way, 3 weeks later no refund. E-mails to them are being returned, undelivered.

Ordered a pair of sandles which had to go back with was OK sending back but 10 days after the tracker says my parcel arrived back still no refund and mo communication of them to say it's being processed. I can only assume right now they are keeping my money .never again will I buy of them

Placed order for two items about an hour later tried to cancel order as changed my mind only to find can't cancel on website live chat can't cancel orders they only deal with delivery queries no telephone number to ring on so had to send email which after 5 days still no reply one item delivered yesterday still waiting for 2nd item then to return I have to pay for two separate returns as they have to be returned to different sellers absolutely furious the customer service is shocking
