This company is a joke , do not use under any circumstance . I am still waiting on a delivery that is still showing up as in transit. I was told my order would be delivered with in 5 working days it has now been nearly 3 weeks . The fact you can't speak to anyone regarding this matter is a joke . Avoid ordering from here

Terrible company and bad customer service. Don’t try and ask to return an item they just keep sending an abundance of emails asking for pictures but not actually sending a return label. Dreadful way to run a business

I would like to give them no stars. I have a refund that has now been in process for 17 days. I cant get any answers as to when I can expect it. They are are feeding off the good name of the old Debenhams brand. I will never purchase from this site again. I would seriously suggest you give their brands a very wide birth. About to go legal through my credit card company.

I am trying to return a mobile phone purchased from Debenhams but came from partner company Mesolab services. Have been trying to return the phone, no response from Mesolab after repeated emails, no answer from Debenhams whose website refers me to Mesolab. I'm getting dizzy on the merry go round that the two companies have me on. Mesolab are con merchants, beware !!!!!!!!!!!! I am giving 1 star because I cannot give less, otherwise I would give minus.

Be warned. Much of the merchandise is cheaply produced and the price you pay is still expensive for the quality of the product. Avoid.
