Awful experience. Awaiting missing refund now over a month. The only way to contact through whatsapp. Now its 10 days since i provided the tracking numbers on whatsapp (including for the item delivered back 5 weeks ago) and questioned delivery guarantee charge that was automatically added £18 withouth me noticing as ihad quite large order and still nmo refund. Question about them addign delivery guaratee (???) charge on my behalf was essentially completyely ignored. Worst service ever. Never will shop at Debenhams again or Dorothy perkins as the same whatsapp number and the same service.

This company does not respond to ANY RETURNS. THEIE RETURMS THRU DEBENHAMS Portal TO.PLT DOES NOT WORK. I Have GONE THRU THREE DIFF OPTIONS TO RETURN ..AND IT DOESN'T RECOGNISE MY REFERENCE. I WONT BE BUYING THRU DBZ DEBENHAMS AGAIN....ITS USELESS OPTION DOES NOT WORK I AM WAITING OVER TWO MONTHS ON REFUNDS THROUGH. DEBENHAMS ONLINE. THEIR RETURN POLICY JUMPS AUTO TO A GUIFT VOUCHER NOT REFUND CHOICE. DEBENHAMS IS ALSO SLOW IN replying to refunds via KLARNA. You need to be check DBZ items before you decide to buy as these stores all appear to be on one site . Nightmare

Items from my order never arrived. But they 'disappeared' from the order on my online account. I am still awaiting the £101.65 for items that I do not have! Do not use this company. Their customer service ignore you (and you can only contact them via What's App) Unfortunately I didn't pay with a credit card - which could then be disputed. However, as their head office is Manchester UK based, I will try using the small claims court or a refund.

Avoid dealing with this retailer great with delivering and taking your money not so much with refunding and contacting I'm still waiting for a refund even though I sent back with evri and tracking proves they received the item back two weeks ago I'll stick with temu and shein at least they're fair with refunding

I found it very confusing returning my order - I thought I’d ordered from Debenhams - couldn’t marry bar codes with items. Nightmare- I’m wondering if I’ll ever get my refund.

ordered a Freezer on the 9th November was notified by Evri with full tranaction Code this item has been out for delivery apparently for 6 days tried to chat to someone just get automated messages keeps repeating the same question now after 4 days of trying to find out where my Freezer is all contact has stopped so i am now £143 down shocking company they should not be allowed to continue

Avoid at all costs. Once they've scammed you via Debenhams you're doomed. Unable to contact them to return faulty £175 dehumidifier. Just wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Do not order from these via Debenhams . It will be impossible to return anything
