Seems nice so far, it is an early christmas present. Shipping time could have been a little better, or at least a more accurate tracker. Seems as though it is what I ordered, so cheers I guess?

Unfortunately I ordered items that I needed for an event 3 weeks in advanced. After several calls to customer service I was told that no expectations could be set on delivery, and I ended up only receiving part of the order before the event. It was a bit of a let down as we were excited to get our items, but Paul with the customer service team was quick to understand because of the late arrival and partial order our intent for these items were fruitless. Paul was quick to provide resolution in this matter which definitely influences my decision to be a returning shopper at the DBZ Store.

If the product was correct and as advertised, I would give it full stars. First, I bought a Potara earring. It wasn't the one I wanted. So they sent me another one for free. Then I bought a Time Ring. It took forever to arrive. When I wore it, the silver rubbed off onto my skin and the ring was fading. Lastly I bought swimming shorts. It looked cheap and the picture on it was bad quality. The customer service is good but sometimes giving us another item free isn't the solution. The products just don't add up as advertised. I won't buy anything from them anymore.

My order was returned to sender and I didn't know that it arrived because I didn't receive any emails but someone helped me get a new order. Thank you very much!

I worked for this fellows as a writer and even though we had our differences at the end the always came thru. They always put first the client and try to make sure that all the articles and products shown in their store is top quality.
