Great customer service, but I have had trouble with my checkout process a few times. Site would freeze etc.

Love ordering from Daywind.

I will say that the shopping experience was great and I received what I ordered. It got me out of a jam in a just a few seconds when my CD failed to play. Only reason I give a low review is because I like to listen to more than just a few seconds of a song. There are different versions of the same songs and I like to sing the version that I like. When buying a soundtrack I want to be able to hear different sections to make sure I am getting what I want. That's what I liked about going to the store in person and listening. All stores closed now so I have to hope that what I order is the right version. All in all. I was happy at the end.

The only thing that could be improved is getting a shipping notification.

The accompaniments are not close enough to original.

I use daywind.com often! I always received my tracks promptly ! The only problem I ever have involves using the search feature to look and see if you have a certain song or to see all the songs by a particular artist. It often gives a bunch of random stuff not really related to what I am liking for!

The product played, but package was torn and CD case was cracked.
