SCAM WEBSITE — £400 WITHDRAWAL IMPOSSIBLE 😡😡😡 I have been trying to withdraw my £400 for more than six months. My verification was rejected despite providing the requested documents, and now I can’t even log into my account anymore. £400 has been stuck on the website for over half a year, and I have received no proper solution. Ok so everyone who like me and many others got stuck in a verification loop. Basically they give you the first win. Then after it’s an endless tirade of asking for documents which they reject then accept then ask for more it takes weeks on end. I did some research and found they are governed by the Anjouan gambling authority now whilst offshore and not much they can do. I found this tactic. Firstly go to the app chat. Ask for a formal complaint. Then you get an email the emails are picked up easier from support @support-daytonaspin. com They will still give you automated replies. Until. You send an email stating FINAL DEMAND. state you will report to the regulator and also your bank as a fraudulent operation. All of a sudden they give you this email. security @support-daytonaspin.com This one they actually answer and if you explicitly tell them you will report they release your winnings. It’s been a very Painful process. But I did get my £500 after three weeks. Good luck

⚠️ ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL — AVOID THIS CASINO ⚠️ This is beyond a joke now. I made a bank transfer deposit to this casino. The money was taken from my bank account, and their own website shows the deposit as pending. I contacted live chat immediately, and they told me it would take around an hour. I waited. Then I contacted them again, and suddenly it had been “escalated to the relevant team.” And what has happened since? Absolutely nothing. Their live chat can’t do anything. The so-called relevant team isn’t doing anything. I have provided full evidence from my bank showing that the money has left my account, and I also have evidence showing the deposit is sitting there as pending on their website. So they have the money, they can see the transaction, they have been given the evidence, and yet I am still being forced to sit around waiting while nobody takes responsibility. I cannot use my money. I cannot place my football bets. I cannot do anything with the balance I deposited. Meanwhile, their customer support keeps passing the problem around and telling me to wait for another team. I HAVE FULL EVIDENCE OF EVERYTHING. I have the bank transaction, the pending deposit, and the conversations with live chat showing exactly what I have been told and how long I have been waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. You cannot take someone’s money, leave it pending, provide no proper solution, and then expect them to just sit quietly while your support team does nothing. At this point, I am completely fed up. Live chat cannot do anything, the other team apparently cannot do anything, and I am the one left without access to my own money. Anyone considering depositing with this casino: BE AWARE. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck for hours with nobody actually resolving the problem. I will keep all of my evidence and records of this situation because I am not going to let this simply disappear. Full evidence exists of the payment, the pending status, and every conversation with their support. Absolutely disgraceful.

Absolute scum of the earth … DO NOT PLAY !!! lost 1300 on a credit card that they had absolutely no issue whatsoever taking with zero verification. Won 800 and wouldn’t verify my account. Sent the verification email 100 times … didn’t arrive … yet sent every promotional offer. Scam artists prey on addiction hence the reason they work for the USA. Called the credit card company to report and not able to help. Avoid like the plague … absolute scum

Deposited £20 , received £20 in bonus money , had to then wager £400 of the £20 bonus money that was giving , played pretty big and managed to clear the £400 wagering requirement to then have over £600 in winnings but they said it was over the max win for the bonus so therefore only £20 was withdrawable credit and the £600 was bonus money , witch that was then cleared away from my bonus money when I went and spoke to someone on live chat and my balance went to £0.00🤦♂️🤦♂️😂😂😂😂 please keep your money and go to legit websites and stay well clear of they frauds !! Also there website doesn’t even tell you about wagering requirements!!

Do Not join this lot. Refused to pay out.. Then kept saying there's a technical issue on withdrawals. Then took another 5days to pay.. Then £420 became £402 no one tells me why and only after I threatened them with legal action
