First class customer service. We spent a nightat Days Inn, woodall Services, M1 south, UK. The reception staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Haley in the evening. The room was spotless and comfortable. In the morning, the friendliness and helpfulness continued. Chris even walked our suitcases to the coach park for us. We could mot have asked for better service. And all this at a very modest price, too. Thank you.

I don't understand any of the negative reviews that I've seen because I have absolutely nothing bad to say The beds are so comfortable the staff was extremely accommodating and the manager is absolutely awesome I think most of these reviews are from people that wanted something for nothing if you want to know my honest opinion because this is a great place and I've recommended it to many people which I would not do if it was anything that's being said I don't understand that but that's the type of people unfortunately in this world if you don't give them what they want for nothing then they retaliate, The cleaning staff and manager really made my stay unbelievably comforting and I truly don't believe I would have got that anywhere else !
