Victoria and her husband make living here so great. Really glad to have a hands on property manager and love seeing them around. They are quick to respond, communicative, fast at fixing things, and maintain the landscape too! I do wish we could do more to keep the inner stairwells cleaner/ pay for the vents to the dryers to get cleaned so that they function better (I often have to do two drying cycles to fully dry my items).

I moved into Ballard Heights Apartments towards the beginning of the year and absolutely love it here. Astara is always so friendly, manages and takes care of the complex so well, and responds/follows up on maintenance issues very quickly. Making a payment for rent is easy, so that is a plus as all the information can be reviewed via the app. Overall, I am very grateful and thankful to have found this place!
