With IQ2 they fake advertised silicon/rubber free vape path=bull*hit, still siliconce ring at the bottom of "flavour chamber"... Got IQ2 and it is vaste of money. I would strongly recommend you to stay off this brand. I bought units for couple of my friends. Here is conclusion. Bought 1x IQ micro- it got replaced once. Bought 1x IQ - replaced five,(5)!!! times (when it failed 6th time I just didn't bother to go through +month long process. I bought for myself IQ2 - but owen cracked. So started warranty process again and was proposed unit replacement. Nice, but wait...you can be promised 100y warranty, but if davinci support starts to ignore you, you are done. With IQ1/IQ2 had always issue owen. And after some time it has strong rubber like vapo taste. IQ1/IQ2 Owen cracked and keeps cracking and cracking....IQ micro just died off completely... save your money and get some cheap stuff. Davinci IQ2 is just hype feeded by positive reviews if those who got free unit. And f*** the rest including customers. Real live could be tough. All the best!

Very expensive. After 2 days the hinges sheared and the door fell off despite the fact that it was never handled roughly. The battery lasts just 15 minutes, not what they claim. The top hatch is difficult to close and sometimes it tells me that the battery is flat when it isn't. Customer service is very poor and they haven't got back to me in over a week, despite my polite requests. Never again!

Horrible faulty miqro. Premium build yes, but but does have some underlying problems.maybe just my unit. I still waiting to get this resolved :(

I've got a Davinci IQ vaporizer since 20.10.2017. I had loved Davinci Ascent. But this IQ has got a lot of problem. I can't use it anymore because when the battery reaches 70-75% IQ says "low battery" and switch it off. I tried with new batteries (18650) but the issue is the same.

This is a terrible device. It got so hot that I could crack an egg on it and cook it. I had to bring back this piece of garbage within the same 24 hour period I bought it, and I will never purchase another product from this company again. The quality is what you’d find in China. I was worried it would explode!

The unit set on fire!! Be very careful when thinking about buying a Davinci iq! The build quality is terrible. The hinges became loose, the battery was loose inside the chamber, cracked ceramic oven and terrible customer services. Then to top it all, whilst I was packing the oven I noticed that the battery (Davincis own battery) set on fire and melted the unit. I was extremely lucky that I was using it at the time, had I have not done this I can only imagine how catastrophic it really could have been. DO NOT BUY! I strongly suggest you take a look at another vape. I myself will certainly not be buying one of these again.

Kúpil som si Davinci IQ, vydržal 6 mesiacov potom už nešiel zapnúť. Úspešne reklamovaný.Potom som kúpil ďalší IQ vydržal asi 3 mesiace , v oblasti pod silikónovym tesnením a nahrievacou komorou sa prepálila diera až k batérii,prestal som ho používať. Kúpil som DaVinci MIQRO v ktorom po 3 mesiacoch praskla keramická komora a odlepil sa pliesok hore pri naustku. Nikdy viac zariadenie DaVinci. Nebolo kupované u oficiálneho predajcu, ak by bolo podľa recenzií by som neuspel u žiadnej reklamácií.

A complete waste of money ! The battery doesn’t last worth a darn, it tastes funny, and EXTREMELY difficult to get a hit. I am so extremely sorry I WASTED so much money on the POS. Please don’t make the mistake I did and buy this worthless and expensive piece of garbage !!!
