DaVinci VaporizerReviews of davincivaporizer.com

never heard from them after placing my order. SCAM. never shipped, no customer service or any way to reach them. DO NOT BUY. has been a full month of radio silence: this company will take your money and run, and you’ll never receive your purchase or here from them again. this company is literally out here perpetuating fraud. don’t believe their BS disclaimers on the site about being patient with their shipping requirements, it is just a lie to trick you into giving them money for a product they are not actually going to send you.

Three weeks my order has been unfulfilled. One week that they have failed to respond to my email except for an automated response. Their own website cant find my order unless i log in and see it under my account. Going to go through my bank for a refund soon.

The vapers are absolutely garbage They say they have a 5 years warranty, they already sent me 4 devices and all of them do not work.

This company is garbage it's a SCAM in my opinion I never received my order, I tried to reach customer service and there's absolutely no way of getting ahold of anyone, I emailed them and requested a refund, and I got blocked! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!

Terrible customer service. They got rid of their phone line and no one responds to emails.

i wouldnt know because i still havent received my order and i cant get a hold of anyone to help in any way.

I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back, and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

I placed an order on September 25th and haven't heard anything. They keep apologizing but where is my order? You can't track because they use "third party shipping" Customer service is atrocious and practically non existent.
