IQC stopped working after a month or 2. Customer service is non existent. Besides that there are much better products out there for less money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have my vape for about two years and it would not take a charge. It has a five year warranty. I purchased new batteries and it still did not work. I left voice messages and many emails to customer support. Never heard back for them.

I bought a blue IQC a yr ago & for first few wks I loved it - seemed to be the perfect vape for me. Couple months later it wouldn't charge & stopped working. Customer service was great & they replaced with a green one. Again I loved it for a month or so till charging issues made it worthless also. Because they quickly replaced the blue IQC I STUPIDLY bought a Miqro "Explorer Collection" which again worked well for a few wks but stopped charging like the others. Interestingly the DaVinci reviews on THEIR SITE are great, & brand new they can be great. Till they stop working! Anyone interested in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? These same complaints have been made about this "company" for YEARS yet they continue to knowingly sell defective devices & NEVER "fix" or improve their products. THEY JUST TAKE OUR MONEY & give us very expensive paper weights!!!! Actually mine are in a drawer somewhere but they belong in the trash! - Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 72 yrs of life & that is saying a LOT!!!

Sent a device for RMA was sent back broken still, missing the battery with a note that says "RMA repaired " what a joke

I am so very disappointed with DaVinci! they sent me a defective device - it never worked from the moment I opened it up. I contacted support via their contact us and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to file a case with my credit card for the fraudulent behavior and got my money back. Do yourself a favor and buy a ZEUS - I bought one and love it!

The oven and the electrical system are easily damaged, I sold this device and half were damaged, the company is currently not validating the warranty

I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
