No proof or specs on diamond
I was told the diamond would come with paperwork showing the specs. It did not. It’s a pretty piece but the promise was not fulfilled.

We have proceeded with obtaining the certificate from an authorized gem and jewelry laboratory at our expense, and it was shipped to you three days ago.
