Tube developed a crack/fracture, toothpaste leaked all over the place.
Order arrived on time and packaging was fine. However, the item itself had a manufacturing defect (a fracture that caused leaking) unrelated to shipping or handling. When I reported the defect, I was told the purchase fell outside their replacement window and no resolution was offered, despite this being a manufacturing defect, not a time-sensitive issue like an expired product. I wasn't asking for a full refund, a replacement tube would have resolved this. Would've appreciated a more flexible process for genuine defects rather than a flat denial based on time elapsed.
