David Key’s Ultimate Coach & Innate Well-being course has changed my life. You learn this beautiful understanding about the principles behind all human experience and amazingly, everything changes! I’m more confident, I’m more resilient and my relationships have improved, even the difficult ones. I had tried NLP and CBT previously but applying the techniques and working so hard just to feel okay, was exhausting. This is different. It’s gentle. It’s beautiful. I’ve been part of the David Key community for around 5/6 years, and in that time, I’ve consistently been impressed by the quality, depth, and structure of his courses. Each one has offered fresh insights, powerful learning, and practical applications that continue to influence both my personal and professional life. The Innate Wellbeing Specialist (IWS) course, which is the 3 Principles trainer training, has been a truly transformative experience. The content is not only comprehensive but also beautifully designed to bring the Principles to life in a way that feels clear, accessible, and deeply impactful. It’s far more than just another training program; it’s a profound exploration into the very nature of wellbeing and human potential. What I particularly appreciate is the balance between learning and lived experience. The course doesn’t just teach concepts, it provides a space to see them for yourself, to experience real shifts, and to grow into the kind of trainer who can share these Principles authentically and effectively with others. I’m genuinely inspired by what I’ve gained so far and am excited about the journey ahead. Becoming a licensed trainer of the IWS program is something I now look forward to with real anticipation, knowing the difference this understanding can make in people’s lives.

I joined the Innate Wellbeing Specialist programme in December 2024 after completing the NLP, Life Coach and Reactivation programmes and am making good progress through the vast course materials. I had searched for years to find the programme that I felt confident to invest in and this is the real deal. The course is massively overdelivering on my own high expectations. Those involved in delivering the programme are exceptional BUT you also become part of a very supportive community of people who are on the same journey, some of whom I consider myself lucky to have met in person at the recent in person event.
