Hello Erika, I am sorry the funding underwriters declined you (not us-but the funding partners we refer to) and stated you had altered bank statements. Unfortunately, people try it regularly. However, our partners have ways to verify the legitimacy of the statements. I'm sorry they (more than one provider) believes your statements have been altered. We at DAC do not make those judgements, we only pass on what the underwriters report to us. As far as you continuing to get emails from our automated email system. Are they coming from DavidAllenCapital or someone else? I will make sure you are removed from the DAC system if you weren't already. You can also "unsubscribe" at any time. My apologies. Hello and we are sorry you did not qualify for funding with our funding partners. Our system gives a preapproval based on your stated information -before it has been verified. Based on the answers you gave on the form you were prequalified. As things get verified decisions can change. I'm not sure what the underwriter saw? There are several things that can cause an application to go from prequalified to decline. Things such as revenues in the bank not matching what was stated on the application, or multiple bounce checks, or lower credit score than submitted, or existing liens or background check issues. Over 90% of the clients who go from prequalified to decline simply didn't have the revenue they stated on their applications. And they don't meet our minimum eligibility requirements. Hello, we are not able to determine who you are from this review. However, if you are an actual client who tried to get funding from us, we are sorry it didn't meet your pricing. Fortunately, it sounds like you got an approval if you are commenting on the "rates". We help when the banks cannot. Of course, the prices are higher than collateralized bank loans (which 80% of businesses cannot get approved for). Most business owners don't have collateral to put up, or the credit and profit to meet bank qualifications. We are proud we have providers who will provide an offer and let the business owner decline the offer, rather than being declined by funding provider. And again, we represent all the top providers and we present the best offer available. So our offers are hard to beat in the marketplace. Again, sorry it didn't fit your needs. But if bank rates are needed, then the bank is where one must go. Please edit your review to a better star rating, knowing we delivered on the service we promise. The best available funding offers.

We have helped thousands of business get capital. As our website states, we have eligibility requirements and back ground check. Credit score is a very small part of eligibility requirement. We require at least $5,000 per month in sales, 6+ months in business, business checking account, FICO score of 500+, and background check. Also, if your business has bounced checks or days with negative bank balance, that can also get you declined. So, we are sorry none of our providers (over 30) would approve you. Please check back when you meet all the eligibility requirements.

Hello and sorry for your experience. I am the founder of DAC and BankBreezy. Our sites have been hit with SPAM BOTS applying over and over. So we purchased an IP screener to look at the IP address of each person applying. Maybe you were applying from a public computer? Somehow the IP address of the computer you are applying from has been added to a suspicious IP address list. From past spamming, etc etc. In any event, our automated system screens and won't allow those IP addresses to apply. I suggest you try a different computer. Worst cast, email me personally [email protected] and I will make sure we get your application looked at. We have had over 100,000 applications in the last 4 months. We are very excited to help business owners and want you to the have the experience you came looking for. Sorry our IP screening software blocked your computer IP. Try another or reach me directly. Gina, I am sorry you feel the way you do, but not surprised. We have thousands of agents who feel the opposite of you. However, we DO NOT allow our agents to try to circumvent us to our suppliers. We tell all agents that. We have agreemenst with our suppliers where they won't allow it. You tried to do that. Our supplier wouldn't allow it and won't do business with you. Sorry that disappoints or angers you. As you know, I do live events 2x week and take questions on 100% of them. I don't do that for "no questions" I do that to answer questions. If you are referring to my statements and those of our leaders..."watch the getting started trainings before bringing questions to the leadership calls"...well I would say that if people feel they should be able to take the time of the Corp Execs and field leaders with basic questions (how much do you loan) etc. when our basic training cover 90% of the questions. Then I/we disagree with you. Independent agents need to step up and get trained (3 hours) as to not waste all the other agent's time on live zooms with "do you do real estate loans" type questions...when our training covers all the basics. Sorry you don't like this. We aren't looking for employee minded dependents. We are building a team of independent producers who operate with accountability, responsibility and integrity. Sorry you don't fit our culture.

Not True. The owner's name is not David Allen and we respond to calls and emails within 1 business day - if left on a voicemail. This person has never left a voicemail for our company. We are not sure who she may have been calling. In fact, this is the owner of David Allen Capital responding to this post. I have never spoken with this person. We serve thousands of clients and have never helped this person. We have flagged this review as "not a genuine experience" but trust pilot has not yet reviewed to remove this post.
