I needed some help with money decisions, so I went to "Ask Ramsey AI" and was so glad I did. That tool is so easy to use and gives the same advice that Dave Ramsey gives. It's easy to use and gives safe and easy to follow help.

Small personable company has grown to a corporation. Poor customer service. There is no way to talk with a person when calling for an issue. And no response to my email. The financial process works but trust in the company has been diminished.

Dave Ramsey recommends Pinnacle Financial Group out of Colorado to help if you have back taxes to the IRS. I contacted them and it was $1795.00 for them to call the IRS first, then they asked for another $10,000.00 to work out a payment plan. Did I say we had back taxes? The fees are extremely high to place a few phones calls and work out a payment plan, and I was told our case was not a difficult one. Plus, the agent I was assigned to takes at least 3 attempts or more to contact and get a return call. If this is a Dave Ramsey preferred provider, I would hate to see a non-referred provider he recommends. People, don't trust everything you hear or if someone recommends them. Do your due diligence.

I have been trying to reach this company but they have no customer service. They only have a number if you want to talk on the show. I paid my annual membership and have not been able to get into my account. Tried their solutions, sent emails for assistance but nothing. I have used the budget since 2014 and I've been locked out since 2025

Ramsey Smart Tax sucks, the people on the other end of the phone have no idea how to answer your questions about boxes in the tax forms and just google it themselves. Zero help. You are honestly better off just getting tax forms straight from the state because their website has a hundred boxes to enter numbers with precious little information on what to actually put in there. I do not recommend Ramsey Smart Tax.

We used Zander insurance for term life. Dave represented it as easy. Well nearly 8 weeeks later. They r still “ working” on it. My husband is healthy granted 71 but healthy. We r very disappointed ☹️

I tried for two days to reach him regarding Medicare enrollment. I know it was late in the game so I understood the long wait, however, after I was on hold for nine hours, they disconnected the call an hour and a half before closing time. They sent me a message saying they would prioritize my call the next day. Apparently that meant waiting another three hours. A few minutes later, fake person says 10 minutes, then five minutes, then three hours. then three hours then 10 minutes then three hours. Repeat repeat. Ridiculous screw up of a phone system and a waste of precious time when you’re approaching a deadline. If you can’t answer the phone, why don’t you just say so? I guess it’s so much more fun to have people hold online for nine hours.

I literally got out of some major debt and was able to fix my finances through this method it is fantastic highly recommend if u have some financial trouble it WORKS!!!!
