Wish I could give negative stars.. Extremely disappointed with this company, BEWARE! I used a power card for years without a single issue, earning and redeeming tickets normally through their system. The moment I earned enough tickets for the switch 2, suddenly they say there is an issue with my card and that I couldnt redeem and had to wait a week. Then upon checking my card(without ever hearing back from them at all or any type of update) my card is just empty...this is a scam and terrible business. If the card was supposedly invalid, why have I been allowed to use it for years and why did their system continue accepting it? This is completely out of my control, and I have used it 100% legit and the manager even told me they did not see any fraud on my card or anything like that, so why am I being punished now? Taking away an entire balance after years of legitimate game play, feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like a scam designed to let customers spend lots of money and accumulate tickets, only to have them disappear when it comes time to redeem something valuable. AVOID this company at all costs! Do NOT spend your money here unless you want to be scammed out of it.

Purchasd a summer pass online and never received it. Called multiple times and days to get anyone with customer service and then they were zero help. For a place that should be all about customer service, they really failed. Now I have to pursue a charge back on my credit card which is ridiculous that this is the route I have to take.

Dave n Buster's is marketed as a family friendly venue. Well, that wasn't my experience tonight. It was my father's birthday (he's in his 60s) and we'd booked the venue before it had opened. We brought a cake, we brought balloons and we'd hoped to share a good time as their advertising promised. None of that occurred. We were told by staff that some of the other staff members found our medicated children to be difficult (despite having no direct interaction with them). They said they were too loud. The irony? We couldn't communicate with staff over the noise of the venue. Essentially, we were indirectly asked to leave. We spoke to the manager who insisted the children were fine and that perhaps the staff were overwhelmed but it did little to change the situation. We had children in tears and a cake we were unable to share and eat.... so, it was taken home. My experience is that this venue is deeply discriminative. While I understand this is a teething process and a new venture for staff and the business- is discriminating against neurodivergent children (while medicated for these purposes) ok? Sad conversations were had this evening with my son (pictured here crying) why we had to leave. Thank you for a super crappy evening. I have pictures of my son crying if you feel this review isn't genuine.

We went into the business and bought a power card to play games and put $90.00 worth of chips on it. We played one game and then left. Later, when I went to check the balance of the card, it was almost empty. I filled out their web form and got a call from them. Shea, the lady I spoke with, was able to look at the card transactions and said that only "4 or 5 dollars" was put on the card and confirmed the one game played. She said to go check for the charge on our credit/debit card and call her back with it. We did that and confirmed the $90.00 charge on the date in question. However, she never answered the phone again and did not respond to several voice mails I left over a couple of weeks. They basically stole $85.00 from us and we want it back.

They said our card did not go through as we were walking out 3 hours after we had cashed out. When they asked me to pay again I asked what they would have done if I had not stopped to ask a question and I quote "ugh we would have comped it out" to which I replied "then why can't you do that now". They then charged my credit card a second time. Not to mention the the food took almost an hour and it all was cold.

I was very disappointed with my experience, especially on Veterans Day. As a veteran, I came in expecting to be treated with basic respect, but instead, I waited over almost 3 hours for my food while watching other customers come and go with theirs. It honestly felt like I was being made to wait on purpose after I mentioned I wanted my food to go. The waitress seemed surprised that I wasn’t dining in, and after that, my order was delayed far longer than anyone else’s. To make things worse, I was supposed to receive a $10 game card, but it was never offered. By the time my food was finally ready, I was so disappointed that I just left without it. As a veteran, I felt ignored and dishonored on a day meant to show appreciation. I truly hope management addresses this and treats all guests—especially veterans—with the respect we deserve.

Have they sacked their employee Antonio Antonio following the disgusting post on facebook regarding the murder of Charlie Kirk?

The season pass is horrible. Only limited amount of tickets which only 1k which is nothing. Also I paid over $100 for a pass that doesn't let me use it on holidays. The food also sucks.
