I feel like I've had a pretty good experience. Looking at the overall chaos in the job market had me worried and then being able to see my resume get traction for jobs that are being matched to exactly what I need. I feel like I am ahead of others and where I would have been if I had gone it alone. This has given me a leg up and trying to figure out how to navigate this chaos. I feel excited to see the traction and the number of callbacks that I'm getting for my resume. The team is very supportive and as often as I have interviews, I'm getting the support of being able to do practice rounds and understand the process. They help inform me on different strategies that I can take and make sure that I'm well prepared for what happens before during and after the interview.

I am very satisfied with the DE Academy Data Engineering program. The course is very well structured, with plenty of tutorials and assignments that provide excellent opportunities to practice and strengthen your skills. The AWS guided projects are explained in great detail and are easy to understand and follow, even when working through complex concepts. The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide valuable guidance throughout the learning process. I also really appreciate the support from the Success Coaches, especially Manisha and Osaki, who have been very helpful in keeping me on track, monitoring my progress, and adjusting or reassigning goals when needed. I truly appreciate the guidance and encouragement throughout my learning journey. Overall, I am very happy with the program and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn and build practical skills in data engineering.

DE Academy has been a very comprehensive experience thus far, and I am sure I will have a leg up in interviews over those who just wing it. The setup they have forces you to do hard things, and in the process, you grow both as a data engineer and as a person. Special thanks to Om Gaike for his support and encouragement along the way. I have been working with Monica and Hector and they have been very responsive and helps me to be on track with my plan. Hector helped me initially with organizing the plan based on my experience and my expertise. Monica has been a great CSM and she also took my behavioral mocks and her feedbacks have been helpful. As a CSM, she also went above and beyond to help me with adjusting my timelines of the Job Application processes and to keep me on track. Overall my experience has been great until now.

Got excellent feedback for my Behavioral mock interview. Om's feedback was detailed and tailored to the role I was seeking (TPM). He told me exactly what an interviewer would want to hear more about, and where I could have elaborated, such as with mentoring and collaboration experience. He emphasized the importance of being clear about how I measured impact or results. He spent time reflecting on my answers, sharing where I did well and what can be improved. The DE program covers a wide scope of topics, including SQL, Python, Data Modeling, System Design, and an abundance of projects connecting services across AWS, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Databricks and more. They provide SMEs to support in each area and host regular calls. The guided projects were extremely helpful in understanding how to setup, configure and implement different types of architectures. More importantly, DEA is focused on helping students land new roles, not just providing the education.
