Mine was a fairly standard data destruction request for about 20 hard drives from decommissioned towers that needed certificates of disposal for us to keep on file at the company. The front desk was extremely helpful, quick, and very detailed in explanation of the services offered. She also did a great job explaining they have refurbished systems, on-site paper shredding, and other services. I normally would shrug off or just nod along to other offerings but the team at Data Destruction was very efficient and did a great overall job, enough so that I'll consider their other services in the future.

I opted to drop off my documents and watch them be shredded. I had done this at another company recently and noticed documents drop out and not get picked up and shredded. Also, the other company did strip shredding vs. confetti shredding. With Data Destruction, the process was clean. Every document was shredded with nothing left under the shredder. And it was all confetti shredded as I expected. Better yet it was affordable. This is definitely and easy company to do business with, and they do a great job.
