The customer service is a zero. I ordered a 5$ product and paid 6$ for shipping, over 3 weeks later I had to reach out to them to ask where it was. I gave my order number, NAME, email and what I ordered. Of course I got a form response and then told using my husband’s name (because it was his card) a refund would occur. They were away and product must be lost by delivery person. Let’s see if I get refund, NEVER AGAIN. For anything. SCAM

I ordered the irredesent pink nail kit and the color came out a hideous gray. You aren't able to make returns and there isn't customer service that will respond. Save your money.

Absolute garbage. Purchased the semi cured led starter kit and extra strips . They do not harden . They stay soft and sticky. I contacted them and did not get any kind of resolution no refund. Offered to replace the lamp claimed it might be defective after I already told them I had two other lights that I tried and know work . I tried my two lights and there’s that came with the kit . And nothing, never hardened.

Dashing diva nail strips are by far the worst that I’ve used.. they’re terrible, don’t buy them! I would suggest lily and fox over Dd any day

The nails would not harden. It was impossible to file them down and the tops of the nails remained ‘sticky’ and never attached to the nail. My least favorite nail strips yet.

Nails didn't harden fully. Tips of nails are flat or bending up. I put top coat over the nail to make them hard after being under the light for 10 minutes each hand. Look awful.

I used this website and after putting in all my details (incl card) I got confirmation of my order. However the money never came out my account and I never heard from them again. A month after my credit card was scammed. Could be coincidence BUT I have a screenshot of the order and yet NOTHING? Suspicious although as I say it may be innocent. But it left a bad taste and a very strange experience. I don't trust this website BUT not sure. But it's the only non usual payment I made with my card on line? Not saying it is fraud but it doesn't look good. All I could do was report it.
