This was my first experience borrowing money online as I needed emergency funds. While the experience was better than anticipated, the length of time on phone for bank verification was extremely long nearly 25 minutes. That is the only criticism I h. The staff was helpful professional and understanding. The emails and calls helped to relieve my anxiety. Again thanks for helping me
