Received a card as a reward for participation in a study. The card was lost, reported lost, and they never replaced it. Meanwhile they continue to charge $5 a month "inactivity fee" for a reported lost card. SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS!

We are sorry to hear that but looks like you are talking about a different Dash company. We are Dash Digital Cash cryptocurrency project and we do not offer "free leads" after downloading the app. If you kindly remove the wrong feedback we would much appreciate it.

I have Invested quite heavily in Dash. I have decided to start accepting dash as a payment method in my shops, I have contacted dash for more information on how I can get started. Received an email from dash that I will be receiving contact from one of their representatives. Three days later no contact, Emailed again and received a reply stating I will be getting contact soon. A week later still no contact. I don't see a future in dash if they are ignoring those who want help with adoption.

You are very right, we could have done a quicker job of communicating, but your request required support to get in touch with several different teams which have their own response times, etc. I will reply to your ticket with a definitive answer within one hour. We apologize for your bad experience, we strive to do better.

Saluti. Ponz
