Very bad
Very bad support. They never reply to my messages and haven’t fixed the problems for about a week. I’ve been waiting and nothing is solved. I do not recommend them.

they delivered a blacklisted VPS on Purchase without being used. A report was sent to the support, they claimed it is among a shared pool IP being blacklisted. They refused to take responsibility of selling a bad service and won't replace the bad VPS claimed it is their policy. The support even said the customer has to wait for the VPS to be removed from blacklist before use which is between 24hrs to 30days thereby extorting the customers of their money and time wasted. Till date the VPS is still blacklisted. So much back and forth with Support, even asking the customer to go and buy another clean IP elsewhere and come back to them for a swap. The customer notified them of being fraudulent by selling bad VPS to unsuspecting customer on purpose with no intention to take responsibility. I am very sure they will come under this post to deny and claim otherwise

I’ve had three outages in just one week with Dartnode, and not once was I notified or compensated despite their “100% uptime guarantee.” Each time I reached out, I got vague responses like “hopefully it won’t happen again” instead of clear explanations or solutions. My server was critical for my business, yet Dartnode left me in the dark while billing me as normal. Stability and communication are both seriously lacking. I will be moving my business elsewhere very shortly.

DartNode gave me a blacklisted IP, wants me to pay for a new one. VPS crashes often. Last 7 days it was dead. Not working. Total scam! Avoid!

Ayb, We're sorry to hear you're frustrated, but your claims do not reflect our standard service or support process. To clarify: IP Reputation: All IPs are automatically provisioned and checked against major blacklists. If an IP becomes blacklisted after delivery—often due to customer activity—we offer free remediation where possible. Requests for clean IP swaps due to customer behavior may incur a fee, which is standard industry practice. Uptime Issues: We have had no system-wide outages in the past 7 days. If your VPS was down, it would likely be due to a specific configuration or abuse flag on your service. We have no record of a ticket or contact attempt from you regarding this. Scam Allegation: We’re a registered company, operating transparently with over 900 global customers. These types of accusations are not taken lightly. If you are a genuine customer, we encourage you to open a support ticket through our portal or contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. If not, we ask that this misleading review be removed to protect the integrity of our service and the trust of our clients. - DartNode Team

They don't respond at all to support tickets. The interface and site are super buggy. When you click to submit a ticket it will submit it twice. Load times are very slow on the interface as well. They also misrepresent their services and don't offer everything that they claim. For instance, when we contacted their sales department previously, we were told that all ports were open and functioning. After signing up, this was not the case. They failed to give us a refund and also did not respond to any messages. I see another instance of this. I'll be writing to the attorney general and also looking into other consumer protection actions I can take. I would not use them.

Jack, We're genuinely sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we want to address your claims with full transparency: Support Tickets: We’ve reviewed our logs and have no record of unanswered tickets from your account within the described timeframe. If there was an issue with a ticket being submitted twice, that may be a browser-side error — but all submissions are logged and reviewed by our team. Interface Performance: Our dashboard is actively maintained and monitored. We’ve had no widespread reports of slowness or bugs from other users. However, if you experienced an issue, we would have happily helped — if contacted through verified channels. Service Terms: We do not block any outbound ports by default, but our Terms of Service and AUP do apply. Certain types of usage (e.g., mass mailing, abuse-related traffic) may result in automated restrictions or manual review. This is standard practice to maintain network integrity. Refunds: As clearly outlined in our policy, we offer refunds under specific conditions. If your service was provisioned and used, and no qualifying SLA claim was submitted, the refund may not be applicable. We’re always open to reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us again at [email protected] so we can review this properly. Posting false or exaggerated claims does not benefit either party, and we are confident in our service to stand behind it. - DartNode Team

Avoid this company like the plague. They still have not to this day responded to a single email or support ticket that we have given them. They suspended our services and have not refunded us or communicated back in any way. Responding to their reply. It looks like they are also liars. It's very easy to see the dates of when we put in tickets and the fact they never responded. Don't lose your money with these people.
Response from DartNodeJun 25, 2025
Carmen, This review contains serious accusations that are not supported by any record in our system. We do not suspend services arbitrarily. Suspensions only occur in cases of policy violations (such as abuse complaints or payment issues), and we always notify customers via email and through the client portal. We’ve reviewed our ticket and email logs and found no unanswered support requests matching your description. If you are a legitimate customer and used a valid account email, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate further. We do not “steal” money. We operate transparently under clear terms of service, and refunds are processed when applicable per our published policies. If this review was made in error or without an actual customer relationship, we ask that it be removed to preserve the integrity of reviews for our future clients. - DartNode Team

Absolute nightmare dealing with DartNode. I purchased a VPS only to discover that every single IP address (IPv4 and IPv6) was blacklisted, making the server completely useless. I immediately contacted support requesting clean IPs, and after more than two weeks, I received no meaningful response. Their so-called "support" is non-existent, and when I asked for a refund, they redirected me in circles without any clear action. To make things worse, they push new customers to leave positive reviews by dangling a fake "lottery" for a free VPS, clearly trying to manipulate their Trustpilot rating without providing real service quality. This is completely dishonest and misleading. Avoid DartNode at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity

Hi Anas, Thank you for your feedback — and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. After investigating your case, we discovered that your ticket was incorrectly flagged in our system, which caused it to be missed. That was a failure on our part, and we’ve taken corrective steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. A full refund has been issued, and we’ve also applied a $10 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill. To clarify: DartNode does guarantee clean IPs. Our provisioning system checks IPs against multiple blacklists before issuing them. However, these checks currently run on a 24-hour cycle — so in rare cases, an IP may appear clean at issuance but get flagged shortly after. We’re actively working on a self-service solution to allow customers to swap their IP within the first 24 hours if any reputation issues are detected. Lastly, our VPS giveaway program is a legitimate promotion and not a “fake lottery.” Many customers have received free VPS services through it — and we never tie reviews to eligibility. We believe in building long-term trust, not gaming the system. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Should you wish to give us another try in the future, we’ll ensure a much smoother experience. - DartNode Team

The worst hosting site ever, the servers are very slow, the technical support does not respond or solve any problems, and also a problem occurred and the servers stopped for three days and there was no response or apology or compensation from the site for the damage, and also the servers stopped for two days before and there was no response from support, honestly a very bad experience and this is my last month with them, and I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not respect customers and are also unprofessional..

Muhammad, We’re very sorry your experience fell short. You’re correct — we did have outages during the time you mentioned, and we understand how disruptive that was. In line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we issued automated account credits to impacted customers, including your account. That credit can be viewed in your client dashboard. However, your support ticket was not responded to promptly — and for that, we take full responsibility. At the time, DartNode was run by a two-person team, and unfortunately, this led to delays in communication and resolution during a critical moment. Since September 5th, 2024, we’ve made significant improvements: Hired additional support staff Implemented better ticket routing Reduced average Level 1 response times to under 2 hours We’re disappointed to lose your trust, but we hope our improvements and transparency show our commitment to doing better. Thank you for giving us a chance to learn and grow from this. - DartNode Team
