Super happy with the product I received! Great product, especially for its value! One of the best sabers I have no doubt. Ran into what I thought was a problem and was clueless on how to figure it out. Once I contact the shop, it was a quick 2 min fix and they were super helpful and amazingly nice! Would highly recommend!

Johnny of DarkWolf Sabers has some of the best customer service out there, hands down. He was super helpful in answering all of my questions before placing my order. My lightsaber arrived about a week after I ordered it, and came with everything I needed to get set up. Since then, Johnny has been very responsive in any questions I've had. The saber itself is of solid construction and I haven't had any issues with any part of it since. Given the price for the features and quality of construction, compared to other more popular sellers, DarkWolf arguably sells a superior product in any metric. Highly recommended!!

After I told these guys what went wrong, they were quick and friendly to help me get my right saber as fast as possible. 10/10 recommend these guys. My journey to finding my first saber was a long one. I had been discouraged by wait times and prices of neo pixel proffie sabers of other companies. I ran across custom dark wolf sabers and was impressed to say the least. The saber is amazing got the Reaver with smooth swing. Beautiful And sounds amazing. I had a question and it was answered in less than a hour. Unheard of in the saber business I order on a Friday night and it arrived Wednesday morning this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. They’ve earned a life long customer. Keep up the good work!
