Let's start this off. I bought a used lightsaber from a other website that said it was built by DW and well let's just say I got ripped off. 300 bucks for a broken saber. After contacting DW they told me that it definitely wasn't a DW build. After several emails back and forth with DW I was finally able to get my money back from the jerk that sold it to me. So I asked what I could do to repair it? They pointed me to their 1in insert with the proffie 2.2 I thought it was going to take weeks to get here but nope 3 days later I had it in my hands. It slipped right in and now I have a Rey neopixel lightsaber. Thank you Dark wolf your costumer service is awesome. Other companies could use a page or two from your book. Oh by the way just ordered a 36in neopixel blade today. Thank you again for a do.

I have to say this website is amazing. Ordering was easy and when I had a question they responded super quick and was extremely pleasant to speak with. I will update to 5 stars once I receive the saber but I have no doubt it will be of the best quality based on other reviews. Thank you

Got a Neopixel lightsaber and later a Neopixel blade. Initially there were issues, but the DarkWolf's email responses are all within 12 hours, helps to solve any problem that occurs, and in the end, sends new equipment if the issue is on their end. Strongly recommend!

Came upon this website on a thread and i am sure glad i did. I am starting to collect sabers and this is by far my favorite saber(rey ep9). I have nothing but good things to say about Custom Darkwolf Sabers. Let me start out by saying that their customer service is unmatched. All my questions and concerns were addressed within a few hours of sending them. The shipping was extremely quick. I purchased my Scavenger Saber on the 5th of January, and it arrived 23 days later! ( From China! ) The quality of this Saber is just unreal. Its has a Proffie Neopixel install with color changing capabilities and over 20 fonts with a unique music track that can be played alongside. It has multiple features including, but not limited to, flash on clash, melt, blade lock up, blaster deflection, and force block. It was well worth The price tag of $480. I would rate ten stars if possible!

I mean come on, 8 days to get from buying to being in my hands all the way from Hong Kong? It took 4 days to ship and 4 days to get to me. I could not be happier with the saber I received and will definitely be buying from them again.
