Incredible company! I've been buying from them for years, and they're always so kind and quick. All items look as purchased, and their customer service is incredible if something goes wrong. The prices are decent for the product you get, and all in all I can't recommend them enough!

Dark Elf Dice is my favorite dice shop. I'm a repeat customer and always receive my orders quickly. The dice are high quality and I appreciate the little thank you notes included with my orders. I love supporting small family businesses, and Dark Elf Dice offers exceptional customer service, products, and selection. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're a natural 20 :)

Great selection of products and wonderful customer service. I managed check-out and pay for my order without inputting the coupon code to get the "Love Blooms" dice as a free-bonus to my order. Within minutes (literally two) Shane had replied and let me know that the coupon code would be retroactively applied to my order and the cost of the dice refunded to my card. My entire customer service matter was resolved in less than 5-minutes and I couldn't be happier, will definitely be back for more dice! :)

I recently ordered a Christmas Mystery set during the Black Friday Sale. I must have incorrectly utilized the coupon code for the free offered set of blended dice. I emailed customer support and received a reply quickly. Shane included my choice of set in my order! Excellent customer service!
