Long time customer, service is legit and works a treat. Support staff are beyond great, will even implement custom solutions if asked, kind of blew me away to be frank.

Great product. Have been researching the space, and Dante AI came on top for the business to business use case. Killer features include the fact they are model agnostic, clarity on the management of the knowledge center (enabling controlled training), WhatsApp support, and the upcoming Live Agent / Handover to a Human feature (super excited about this as it’s going to disrupt the space). The pricing model is also very clear. Had the chance to speak with the founders (James and Ilir). Very nice chaps - they have a strong vision for the company and how that will fit into how GPTs marketplace will eventually evolve.

Utilizing Dante AI was a game-changer. The platform's ability to train chatbots with my own data resulted in highly personalized and intelligent interactions. Customization options added a fun and unique touch, while the seamless website integration and extensive app connectivity via WhatsApp made Dante AI an indispensable tool for enhancing my digital presence.

I developed and now manage a website for a 2200 member Homeowners Association (HOA) in Arizona. Using Dante, I was able to build in an afternoon a Knowledge Base created by "feeding" Dante all of our Governing Documents and all of the text on our website. We now have a Chatbot which answers questions like.."I want to repaint my house...what do I need to do" and my neighbor's dog barks al night, how can the HOA help me deal with this" In each case, in a minute or less Dante delivers a well written and CORRECT answer having drawn information from more than one of our documents, forms used to apply for Architectural Approval, our Codes Covenants and Restrictions, anti-harassment policy and the necessary forms used to apply for approval of the paint job and file a violation report on the dog. I am using ChatGPT 4 as the LLM, it is giving me well coordinated and researched answers. I have tried three similar systems and Dante is clearly the most impressive.

Dante AI has revamped how I do business. It outshines other chatbots with its customizable AI that enhances our website's customer service. The Dante team is incredibly supportive, and their tools, like the analytics and live chat options, show they value customer satisfaction. It's not just for chat; it's a versatile AI assistant that boosts productivity across the board. I wholeheartedly recommend Dante AI to anyone looking for a top-tier chatbot—it's a solid investment.

As someone who is heavily invested within the AI space, naturally I was intrigued by Dante AI. After familiarising myself and using it over the past few months, I can confidently say that they are leading the way for chatbots. I’ve personally used it as a knowledge base for myself and company and it has quickly become an integral part of our operations. Their customer support team have been incredibly helpful with any queries that I have had as well! If you are looking to leverage AI for any aspect of your business from customer support through to knowledge bases, I recommend Dante AI.
