James at Dante was great to work with! Very responsive to all of my questions and even made a feature request happen over night! We moved away from a similar platform (Docuchat) since no one ever responded to questions or major issues. That wasn't the case at all with Dante. Working with James was a pleasure!

I had an excellent time with Dante AI. James was super cooperative in our collaboration. I'd highly recommend Dante for anyone looking for an AI customer service agent. It does it's job pretty well and hope it adds more improvements down the line. Roadmap looks promising so fingers crossed.

I had an excellent experience and result with Dante AI. We run a large event website that has a lot of details to get across. Dante was able to read the webpages + the many dropdown FAQs and then reference the URLs of each dropdown when giving detailed replies. I would firmly recommend Dante AI for anybody wanting to provide a modern state of the art Help Bot for their website. Their customer care and responsiveness is great too.

Worst company

I experienced some issues at the start, but was promptly assisted by the team. I'm somewhat technical, yet these new AI tools can get the best of anyone if you aren't paying close attention. The value-add of a product like Dante embedded in my own product is unmistakably high. I respect the hands-on approach by the Dante Team and founder James, who took his time to explain what I wasn't totally understanding and walk me through the app to be able to fully utilize it in the correct way. I foresee an expanding Dante presence in my product and I am thankful for the Dante team's forward-thinking problem-solving.

I have been a customer for about 2 years. I am not tech illiterate, but I am not a programmer. I'm a business owner trying not to get left behind in using AI to enhance my business and serve my customers. Not only does Dante AI accomplish this, but it does it via an interface you don't need to be an expert to understand. And the interface is constantly getting better. The Dante AI team is clearly in constant pursuit of the best platform possible. If you relate to what I just wrote, give them a try. I'm a very happy customer.

This is one great team and a founder who owns the problem of customers. I was initially attempting to build a chatbot independently using Claude and OpenAI. During the $5 trial, I encountered some difficulties when trying to get results as I wanted as there were too many customisation options and cancelled in frustration. Shortly afterwards, I received a personal email from the founder, James, who expressed a genuine interest in understanding what had not worked and how the product could be improved. What stood out was the level of engagement that followed. James arranged a call, carefully noted the feedback, involved his team, particularly Vlera and worked through the issues to ensure the bot functioned as intended. It is rare to see that level of responsiveness and ownership, especially for a trial user. From my experience, for small businesses seeking a ready-to-deploy chatbot without investing significant time in building and troubleshooting a custom solution, Dante AI provides a practical and accessible option. Building from scratch is certainly possible, but it requires technical depth and time commitment, and outcomes can vary depending on implementation. The team’s responsiveness and willingness to act on feedback were particularly noteworthy and I would recommend them strongly!
