Dante AIReviews of dante-ai.com

Dante Ai is the perfect solution for our Agency. It's fast and versatile but the most important part is: we have some direct en fast support. We have even some direct input on future initiatives by thinking about functionalities on the development roadmap. Last but not least: we can ask for specific features to be implemented for custom usecases. That is why we would advise more agencies / companies to work with Dante AI. Greetings from the Netherlands!

I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional experience I have had with Dante's AI platform chatbot. The user-friendly interface made it effortless to navigate and select from a wide range of Large Language Models, enabling me to produce a workable chatbot with ease. The customer-centric support provided by Dante was truly remarkable. The Co-founder's helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth approach made the entire process both enjoyable and efficient. I highly recommend Dante's AI platform chatbot for anyone looking to create a top-notch chatbot while receiving exceptional support and guidance. Razman, AI Scientist - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

I wanted to build my chatbot with retrieval augmentation with hundreds of documents. Almost all no-code solutions only allowed uploading of 1 document at a time, total limit of 50 documents or cost hundreds of dollars per month. Dante was a saving grace enabling me to get started in seconds. The admin panel is dumb proof with lots of customisation options that can be actioned from my phone which I super important as it enables me to action changes anywhere 24/7. Uploading documents has been a breeze and I ended up with thousands of them in my knowledge base. I can't recommend Dante enough. Even if you already use a no-code solution, you can sign up for a trial and compare in parallel.

I needed an AI Bot I could train and use with minimal time and effort. I did not even have much time to evaluation products. There are many of them. I looked at 8 or 9, I tried 4 or 5 of them, and just dropped out quickly if they became too complicated and difficult to set up. Dante passed my screens and has proven to be excellent for my purposes. I understand it's just a front end to an LLM. But it's a complete solution package, remarkably easy to set up, but very trainable and customizable. It's just what I was looking for. I did have a few questions at first that slowed me down, but they answered them promptly and in a very satisfying way. So I am a happy camper.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Dante AI, a company that has truly impressed me with their AI chatbot, powered by multiple LLMs. This product stands out for its simplicity and effectiveness, providing tremendous help with both prospects and customer support. What sets Dante AI apart is their exceptional customer service. I've reached out to them multiple times with various requests, questions, and clarifications. Each time, they've been incredibly supportive, professional, and kind. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist have made my experience with their product even more valuable. I highly recommend Dante AI to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient AI chatbot solution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their product make them a top choice in the industry. Thank you, Dante AI, for your outstanding service and support!

I run a small business and integrated a Dante AI chatbot to my website about 6 months ago. - and it has been a huge success for us. It’s so reliable and efficient that it now takes care of 95% of our customer service. This has actually increased our sales significantly due to higher customer satisfaction rates, and a smoother purchase journey for our customers. It also has given us time to focus on more strategic initiatives within the business, as a lot of our time has been freed up from doing repetitive tasks. We were even able to scale our business across South America and Europe since their AI chatbots can talk in over 100 languages. We’re on the Premium tier - and we’ve had excellent experience with their customer support too. Quick responses, helpful answers, and always friendly. Overall, I would very strongly recommend Dante AI - you won’t regret using them!
