No complaints. Good service top to bottom.
I ordered my seeds one day, I got them on another. No problem really didn't think about the time frame I knew they were coming and I'd get them when I got them. I had no trouble with the post office or ghost tracking numbers or anything else. I checked the tracking number one day and it said tracking number had been issued and that was it. I checked two days later still said the same thing so I emailed the company and I got a response within hours and they were shipped the next day. I wouldn't say they're a scam at all. Was the service perfect? No. Nothing is and there is always room for improvement. I'm 56 years old and I've never had perfect service from any type of business in my life.Was the service bad? Absolutely not not even close. I would say it was much closer to perfect than it was to bad.I was happy with my product, my delivery, and the promptness in response when I emailed. No complaints good service from top to bottom.
