Non-Compliant, and Deceptive
I would not trust Dango Web Solutions with any of your personal information. When you request for your data to be deleted, they state publicly that it has been when it has not. On 4th May, I wrote a review stating the issues I experienced with this company. The following day, it was replied to and Faisal stated: "As you requested your deletion of personal information, all previous hosting account information was removed and an email was sent out to you detailing that we no longer have your personal information on our servers." This is completely false; my accounts were still active, just disabled. I actually had to go directly to their upstream hosting provider to request that they remove my hosting account from Dango Web Solutions' servers. The hosting provider followed the law and deleted my data, but it should not have required me to bypass Dango Web Solutions entirely just to get my data deleted. Furthermore, some of my data remains active. I requested a copy of my Discord ticket transcripts and the deletion of all other data, yet the website repositories they created are still there and have not been deleted. Dango Web Solutions has failed to comply with my data protection requests. I emailed them on the 5th of May and followed up multiple times however, I have received no response. Because of this, I have now reported this company to the ICO for improper handling of data protection and refusing to follow the Data Protection Legislation as well as for operating without the correct licence. Do not trust this company with your data or your money. Stay far away!

Hello Alfie, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about these issues. We do not hold any of your data, and have not since our previous statement. We have stated publicly your data has been removed, and it stands true that your data was deleted before the time of issuing that statement. Our upstream providers that you claim to have contacted can inspect our logs and confirm that your account was deleted before that time. A separate new account was created in place of the old one, with the same username, false email, and no personal information in order to prevent usage of this account in the future in the event of lingering backups with your username. Our upstream providers can also confirm this. You claim to have requested the deletion of Discord tickets, however this claim was never made. We have no record of any emails from you. Ensure you are contacting the correct email. You do not own our code or repositories, nor do you hold any license to use the contents. You do not have the right to own or request the removal of these items. They have been archived permanently. Please also be aware that we are not a company, and instead individually held in the US, not the UK. I would advise that you confirm the aforementioned details before continuing to leave negative reviews in attempt to taint our reputation. Thank you. Faisal Dango Web Solutions
