Used them since 2023
Used them since 2023, then in June 6, 2026, Dancing Numbers charged my cc for $199.98, way more than the normal amount, and then Dancing Numbers closed my account. Contacted the support line multiple times, forward them the cc charges and no resolution, after weeks.

After identifying the problem, we attempted to contact you by telephone and email but were unable to reach you. The PayPal dispute has since been closed, and the full amount of $199.98 has been reversed to your account. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We have also reviewed the underlying issue to help prevent it from happening again.

Misrepresented themselves as an Intuit…
Misrepresented themselves as an Intuit employee. Took my cc info to update QB service pack. Called Intuit- scam. Locked cc. Guys name was Kevin. Now I am scared they may have stolen my cc info.

However, our representatives are not Intuit employees and should never identify themselves as such. We take allegations involving misrepresentation and payment information seriously. Incredibly creepy experience
Incredibly creepy experience. I (employee, not business owner) visited the Dancing Numbers site to find some information about how to fix a file from a backup. Within an hour they CALLED THE BUSINESS to "help" me. The call got to me because they used the name Intuit, and I was the one working on the problem. I asked if they were associated with or contracted with Intuit and the man said "yes" with a bunch of other customer service bafflegab around it. I did not enter any business information into the website, so I assume I need to block tracking on the browser.

Scam organization
They appear to be a scam organization of some type based in India. Every time I contacted support, they always wanted to screen share with my computer. Even for something as simple as getting a "serial number" to try their software. They really should not need to screen share to provide me with a working 5 digit code to enable the trial.

We're sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our reps. We're actively looking into it and would appreciate any other info you can provide us. We do not require users to share their screen just to use or activate our software, unless the user requires a guided setup.
