Over a month and still no delivery!
I placed an order over a month ago. They charged my card right away and my products still have not shipped. When I called the number there was a recording saying they would make my order a priority.

Buyer beware, this company received my authorized return on July 20. More than a month later, they still have the returned merchandise AND my money. They repeatedly told me my refund was being processed, gave me specific 3–5 business day timelines, missed every one of those timelines, apologized and said the matter had been escalated as a priority, missed the new deadline, and then stopped responding to my follow-ups. I find this particularly disturbing from a business selling mastectomy prosthetics to women affected by breast cancer. In my experience, retaining both a customer's returned merchandise and money while repeatedly failing to honor promised refund timelines feels exploitative toward a customer population that may already be navigating an incredibly vulnerable and stressful period. I have documentation of everything and have now escalated the matter through my bank and filed a consumer complaint. I would strongly caution other women to consider this experience before purchasing from this company.

I purchased some prosthetics for swimwear - was promised a specific due date. Due date was delayed, so I purchased through another provider. Damozelle sent my items about 14 days too late; now, it’s a three ring circus of phone calls, emails, supposedly sent return labels etc. It’s a joke truly - I have items I no longer need and have no way to get a refund. They seem to be only asking one thing of me- to NOT do a charge back. What choice do I have after all of this time? I’m out about $100 and this company doesn’t care one bit.
