Unfortunately I didn't read the review before I ordered. Ordered on April 1 heard nothing about shipping Paid 2.95 extra for faster shipping

I ordered on March 21st, never received a confirmation email, I emailed the company and called April 2nd, still no response. So I called my bank (fraud department) explain the situation, hopefully I get some results (their good for taking care of veterans) It's a complete scam. Do not order anything for them. Next step is to inform Google fraud department about the website.

Our order never arrived. That’s not the problem. I know delivery issues occur but I’ve emailed a dozen times with no response, called them a dozen times and it goes to voicemail with no response and used their FAKE live chat a dozen times with no one ever chatting back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They do NOT care about their customers at all and have absolutely no viable avenues to speak with anyone should you have a concern or issue.

No response from seller. Item never shipped. Website says 2-3 day shipping delay. 2 weeks and still nothing!!! No word from them. I'm seeing a lot of similar reviews in the last few months. Any good review looks like a fake account. Would definitely not trust the seller. Spent 90 bucks on a product thank God I used PayPal so they helped me out and I got my money back!

This "company" is a scam. 2 numbers at their website. Main one in upper left corner rings 3 times then fast busy. 2nd number is next to "emailing" option if you click to contact them. That number says the text messenging service is unavailable. Chat window NEVER gets a response even after HOURS of waiting. Called my bank to dispute charge and reported company as fraudulent entity.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 fish antibiotics from them back in November, they sent me one, but have never sent out the other, they won't respond to my emails, the phone number is a free textnow number, and the other phone number doesn't do anything either. I've emailed them several times. I've used there customer service from their website, no one responds. They stole $86.00 from me and won't give it back or even send me the right product. This company shouldn't be allowed to do business. And shouldn't have the stars it does. I can't say they have terrible customer service because they don't have a customer service.

They collect your money but don't ship the product. Had to refute the charges with my bank.

I purchased fish antibiotics on March 4, 2024 and as of March 11, 2024 there has not been one single updated on my order since I received the automated email confirmationof my purchase. One of the numbers on the website doesn't work and the 304 phone number is a text app phone number. The chat doesn't work, emails sent to contact@dambshop and to support@dambshop have never been responded to as a matter the support email address isnt vaid according to Google mail. They are in another country using a virtual U.S. addresses that don't exist. The business has been flagged in their own country as well. I HAVE PROOF OF RECORDED PHONE CALLS, USPS INFORMED DELIVERY, SCREENSHOT OF THE FRAUDULENT TRACKING ON SHOP.COM THAT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASN'T. ONLY TO COME BACK TO THE SITE AND IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING! The other person wasn't lying about them not answering the chat, the phone or emails either. I have screenshots of it all to support my post and I will post them to Yelp!
