I made a withdrawal on August 5th
I made a withdrawal on August 5th, and now it’s August 18th, but I still haven’t received my funds. I’ve uploaded the required PDF multiple times, around 5-6, but the only response I keep getting is that the bank statement is still under review. This is completely unreliable and dishonest. You can only see their comments, but you have no way to respond or take action. Absolutely untrustworthy!
